Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Our Monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Technical issues: If the Service is unavailable or significantly non-functional due to our fault for more than 48 hours, you may request a full refund for the affected period
Accidental purchases: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contact us within 24 hours of the charge
Duplicate charges: Full refund for any duplicate billing

4. Non-Refundable Items

We generally do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
Lifetime plan purchases after 14 days from the purchase date

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.

8. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Refunds for Lifetime plans are available within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been used substantially. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
